“Design for Good” Rewards Program

Program Overview

The Design for Good Rewards Program celebrates architects, designers, and project partners who specify Mantra Inspired Furniture’s hardwood products—turning each project into a measurable act of carbon storage.

Every qualifying project earns carbon credits based on the verified carbon stored in the hardwood specified.

Those credits can be redeemed for exclusive MantraIF Merch, where every item has its own carbon goal (for example, a hoodie = 27,265 g carbon stored).

Designers can continue to earn and accumulate points across multiple projects, amplifying both their personal impact and their reward opportunities over time.

Your specifications don’t just shape beautiful spaces—they directly store carbon and help tell the story of American forests at work.

Eligibility

  • Open to architects, designers, and dealer partners based in the United States.

  • A project is eligible once it results in a completed and invoiced sale of qualifying hardwood products.

  • The specifying designer or firm must be listed on the project’s purchase order or final invoice.

  • Only one participant per project specification.

Qualifying Products

  • Applies to all solid hardwood products and collections.

  • Excludes non-wood components and non-MantraIF items unless otherwise approved.

  • Custom products may be considered on a case-by-case basis if carbon storage can be calculated.

How Carbon Rewards Are Earned

  1. Each qualifying product’s carbon storage is calculated using the MantraIF Carbon Impact Calculator based on wood species, volume, and density.
    (Example: An ash 42" Unity Round Table stores 3,818 g CO₂e.)

  2. The total grams of carbon stored across all products in the project becomes your reward balance.

  3. You can redeem that balance for MantraIF Merch — each merch item lists its own carbon goal.
    (For example, a Camp Kindness crewneck = 22,925 g carbon goal.)

  4. The more carbon your designs store, the more you can redeem — and the more good your work grows.

Proof & Verification

  • Each project submission must include:

    • Project name and location

    • Invoice or PO showing the qualifying products

    • Specifying designer or firm name

  • MantraIF will verify the sale through its dealer or manufacturing records.

  • Optional: participants can submit project photos or impact stories to be featured in Design for Good spotlights and social media posts.

Reward Redemption

  • Carbon totals are verified and credited within 30 days of project completion.

  • Redeem credits directly through the MantraIF Merch Shop at https://mantraif-shop.fourthwall.com/.

  • Each item in the shop shows the carbon required to earn it (for example, “Earn this tote for 20,000 g of carbon stored”).

  • Carbon credits cannot be exchanged for cash and expire 12 months after issuance.

Limitations & Liability

  • Carbon values are derived from the MantraIF Carbon Impact Calculator, based on standardized hardwood data.

  • Mantra Inspired Furniture is not responsible for calculation variances due to measurement or material changes.

  • Rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable.

  • The program is void where prohibited.

Privacy & Data Use

  • Participant and project data are used solely for program tracking, reward fulfillment, and carbon impact reporting.

  • Participants may opt in to allow their projects to be featured in marketing, sustainability reports, or case studies.

  • No personal data will be sold or shared outside Mantra Inspired Furniture and its verified partners.

Program Changes

Mantra Inspired Furniture reserves the right to modify, pause, or end the Design for Good Rewards Program at any time.

All verified carbon credits earned prior to any change will remain redeemable for 60 days following notice of program change.
